My story

Hi, I’m Tornado, a 1-year, 7-month-old orange long-haired tabby with a big heart and a gentle spirit. I spent the first year of my life outside, which was really scary, and it took me a long time to learn that humans could be kind. Because I didn’t get the chance to be a carefree kitten back then, I’m making up for lost time now—I'm playful like a kitten, just in a big boy’s body! I’m still a little shy at first, but once I trust you, I’ll even stand on my hind legs to get your attention. I love cozy spots where I can relax and quietly observe, and I’ll happily join you for gentle pets when I’m feeling brave. Loud noises and fast movements make me nervous, so I’d do best in a calm home without young children. If you’re patient and kind, I’ll be your sweet, silly, and loyal companion.   I would probably be best in a quiet home with someone very patient and loving. If kids, older ones would be better so we feel safe - sudden movements and lots of activity make my brother Hurricane feel nervous. I would love to get a great home with my brother. He is much more shy than I am, but we watch out for each other - all we had was each other from kittenhood to now.   I am available at Maple Grove PetSmart! Stop by and say hello or fill out an application online at www.aohrescue.org to start my adoption process today! ##2307153##

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Tornado, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
