Does not know what a potty pad is or how to use one. Personality: she is a happy girl, full of personality. Helga is very loving, wants to be your friend and constant companion. She is great on walks and is very stable girl. We adore her. She is playful with toys, her tail is always wagging.What we know: Helga was owner surrendered to rescue. His prior owner is very ill.
