My story
Mercedes is a beautiful 7-year-old cat who came to us after her family moved and sadly couldn’t take her with them. Understandably, she’s a little shy at first, but once she feels safe, she absolutely loves gentle pets and quiet companionship. Mercedes has a moderate heart murmur, so she’ll need a caring adopter who’s committed to her long-term health. We recommend regular veterinary visits—about once or twice a year—to monitor her condition. She may also require routine bloodwork and other tests to help manage her overall and heart health. Despite her medical needs, Mercedes is a loving, calm cat who just wants a soft spot to rest and someone to love her. If you're looking for a gentle soul to share your heart and home, Mercedes could be the one.
