Meet Wishbone — the perfect boy you’ve been waiting for! This joyful dog is a bundle of love and energy. He’s leash-savvy, potty trained, and absolutely adores kids. Wishbone also gets along wonderfully with other dogs, making him a great addition to a family with canine siblings. He has a playful, affectionate spirit — bouncing around, sharing kisses, and soaking up every moment of fun. He loves treats and belly scratches, and he’s always eager to please. With his stunning markings (trust us, photos don’t do him justice!), sweet personality, and happy-go-lucky attitude, Wishbone is a silly, affectionate, and loyal companion. He’s motivated, smart, and will gladly sit for treats with a wagging tail. Ready to meet your new best friend? Wishbone is waiting to steal your heart! Wishbone is a 1-year-old mixed breed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $350 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, 4DX testing, and neuter. Wishbone is also tested with other dogs, children, and potty and kennel trained. He has not been tested with cats. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if he might be a good fit for your home. The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals. We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!) Please note, we do not have the ability to process adoption applications at our adoption events, so please plan accordingly. If an application is submitted past 5pm on Monday-Thursday, it will begin review the following day. If submitted on Friday-Sunday, it will begin review on Monday. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for an application to be processed. Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525).
