My story

This precious girl really lives up to her name - she is super duper sweet! She came in with her Nola (maybe her sister). Both have started to settle into life at the shelter with all the strange sounds and new people, but are still a bit scared. Once Sweet Pea trusts you, she just wants to be right by your side. She walks well on leash with folks she knows, and is learning that toys can be fun. She has been around other dogs in her previous home and here at HES, so she may enjoy a canine companion to help boost her confidence. This beauty is also a great size (only 40 pounds). Come meet Sweet Pea. She is sure to melt your heart!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Sweet Pea, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
