My story
While Shovel Steve is with us in foster to heal after his knee surgery, I have learned so much about him in the time he’s been here. Steve is the type of dog that wants to be in with all the action! When he can’t, he definitely has something to say about it. He is a goofy guy, loves to be with his people and just has a natural curiosity of the world around him. We are learning how to be in a housing settling and basic manners, but he is extremely smart and very food motivated. There is still so much more to learn about Steve but the first 2 weeks of his healing are the most important so relaxation right now is top priority!
