My story

Five girls ( Jackie, Lottie, Misty, Shaun & Taissa) were born to Lucy#2 (Mom). Mom has already found her forever home. Shauna starts off as shy but once she is warmed up she will play with toys, enjoy belly rubs and treats. She loves to be by your side and is what we call a "velcro" dog. Shauna is good with kids and other dogs; we do not know what she thinks of cats. She has a really lovely chocolate brown and white coat - really beautiful. Shauna is about 10 weeks old and 17-18 pounds. Please help Shauna find the loving home she deserves.. ***You must provide a vet reference for a current or past pet you have/had.*** We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821). Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes. For puppies that have not been able to be neutered/spayed yet (due to being too young or small) we charge $500 with the condition that when they are fixed $50 is refunded. This covers all their age-appropriate shots, microchipping and vetting **If you are coming to an adoption event to see a certain dog/cat, please email ahead of time to make sure that dog/cat will be there that day. Please email 1-2 days before the event, as some animals are placed during the week and our list is constantly changing.
