Well, hello there, dear. My name is Ruby Sue, and I’m quite the distinguished older lady. My eyes don’t see much anymore, but I don’t need them to know love when I feel it. My teeth? Oh, I have a few left, just enough to enjoy my favorite treats—but who needs teeth when you’ve got a heart as full as mine? I may be in hospice, but don’t you worry, I’m soaking up every cuddle, every gentle touch, and every sweet word spoken my way.
