My story

Ginger is a sweet dog who already knows how to sit and walks nicely on leash. She enjoys spending time with people she trusts and has a gentle side that shines through in calm moments. Ginger has shown some guarding behavior around her handlers and may need time and space to feel fully comfortable. With continued guidance and consistency, she has the potential to build confidence and settle in well.Ginger is currently at risk due to DAS being overcapacity in our dog population. Ginger is beginning to show signs of kennel stress. We feel they would benefit from being placed into a home environment with an adopter, foster, or rescue partner. *note that Ginger should be an only pet and in active home*
