Calypso

My story

Calypso was taken to UF vet school with a fractured pelvis after being hit by a car. She was released to her foster mom the following Monday and spent the next four weeks on crate rest. During that time she blossomed into a loving dog that wants nothing more than to be close to her person. Calypso has never soiled her crate or in the house. She ignores the cat and has no problem with my small dogs. She is timid when she first meets new people, but quickly warms up. While she was in her crate, she growled at a small child so it might be a good idea to adopt her to an adult only home. She is working on walking on a leash. Calypso will make someone a loving pet and I’m hopeful she can find the perfect home.
