My story

Nova is a soulful, resilient gal who`s looking for a quiet place to heal and get all the loving in the world! She`s already won hearts with her sweet nature, and she would love foster home to help her recover while she is receiving medical treatment. Foster Reason: Heartworm Positive & Elevated Liver Enzymes Foster Time Frame: 2+ weeks (Next vet exam/labwork on 6/26 to check elevated liver levels along with first HW treatment on 7/16)(The foster time frame could be longer depending on future medical results and needs.) Foster Care Plan: Nova is currently taking a medication for elevated liver enzymes. We will provide a medical consultation at your pickup appointment so you are ready to confidently care for this sweet girl! Foster to Adopt: Nova is available through our Foster to Adopt program, which allows pets awaiting or undergoing medical treatment to be placed with prospective adopters before they are made available for adoption.
