My story

Mike is a sweet yet nervous boy who would love to spend some time in a foster home while receiving medical care. Reason for Foster: Neurological Concerns, Elevated Kidney & Liver Values, Dental Disease Foster Time Frame: 2 Weeks(The foster time frame could be longer depending on future medical results and needs.) Foster Care Plan: The vet has recommended that Mike go to a foster home to evaluate his mobility better. He does not like to walk in the shelter, and we hope that once in a less stressful environment, he will be more mobile. Mike will be scheduled to come in for a recheck in 2 weeks to have his bloodwork repeated. We will provide a medical consultation at your pickup appointment so you are ready to take great care of this sweet boy! Foster to Adopt: Mike is available through our Foster to Adopt program, which allows pets awaiting or undergoing medical treatment to be placed with prospective adopters before they are made available for adoption.
