My story

  Meet Jeggings, a goofy, joyful pup with legs for days and a heart full of love! He starts each day prancing for breakfast, fills his time with zoomies, toys, and sunny naps, and ends the night snuggled up in bed with his favorite human. Friendly and playful, Jeggy gets along great with other dogs and greets everyone he meets with tail wags and happy energy. He’d love a home with canine companions who can help show him the ropes and share in the fun. Still very much a puppy, Jeggy is curious, teething, and learning the basics. He’s working on housetraining and thrives with a consistent routine. He’s picking up commands, loves chew toys, and is an eager walking buddy—just don’t expect to stop and smell the roses, because Jeggy likes to keep moving! Jeggy would do best in a home ready to keep up with his energy and continue his training with patience and love. He’s not a fan of the crate but sleeps happily by your side. Adoption fees are as follows, plus tax: $150 for large adult dogs (older than 1 year); $250 for small dogs (under 25 lbs) and all puppies (under 1 year); $60 for adult cats (over 6 months of age), $100 for kittens (under 6 months of age), and $25 for small animals. When you adopt a pair of kittens together, the total adoption fee is $150.  PAWS, the Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society is a 501(c)3 non-profit animal rescue organization dedicated to saving Philadelphia's homeless and at-risk animals.
