My story

Are you looking for a playful, cuddly dog in a small package? Delilah is a 2-year-old, 33 pound pug mix with a long curly tail. She's confident and high energy and loves playing with toys. When it's time to settle down, she'll lie on her mat and rest or entertain herself with a toy. She enjoys walks but could use some loose leash training. Delilah is fun to be around and has lots of love to give. She would be equally comfortable in an apartment in the city or a house in the suburbs. She is good with other dogs and should be fine with children. We don't know what Delilah thinks of cats but can cat-test her if needed. Delilah is at a foster home, not at our shelter. Her foster says Delilah is doing really well with her two dogs and learning to walk in a pack. The more she has a schedule, the calmer she gets. Delilah has very good recall and is getting better understanding hand signals. If you want a fun dog to train and enjoy adventures with, Delilah may be the girl for you!
