My story

Meet Notorious, a beautiful brown tabby with a resilient spirit and a whole lot of personality. She’s been through more than most cats her age—her foster family tragically experienced a devastating house fire that claimed the lives of six of their beloved foster cats. Notorious was one of the lucky ones who made it out, and while she carries the weight of that traumatic experience, she’s slowly learning to trust again. At first glance, Notorious might seem a little aloof or unsure. She may pretend she’s not interested in being pet, giving you a look that says, “Don’t even think about it.” But give her a little space and a little time, and suddenly she’s doing everything she can to get your attention—rubbing against your legs, purring loudly, and making enthusiastic biscuits like it’s her job.
