My story

Meet Fur Tree, a beautiful 4-year-old tabby. This girl is a gold medal cuddler. Even at the vet she curled up for snuggles during the exam! So far she seems concerned with the other cats in the shelter but we hope she will relax a little as she settles in. Are you looking for new bestie to cuddle with? Check out Fur Tree! The adoption fee is 125 + tax and covers age-appropriate vaccines, a microchip, and a spay/neuter. The adoption fee helps cover the cost of these vetting procedures.  Please note, we do NOT allow declawing of any cat or kitten that we adopt out, unless deemed medically necessary. We will gladly provide you with alternative methods of managing cats with claws. ***** If you are interested in any of our animals, please fill out an application on our website www.townandcountryanimalrescue.org After you have submitted an application and been approved, a Cat Team member will reach out to set up a “meet and greet” between you and the pet. The introduction between you and the pet will be supervised by one of the cat team members or the foster.
