My story

Meet the Cats of Gettysburg at the Kitty Corner by Forever Love Rescue EXTREMELY AFFECTIONATE AND PLAYFUL Meow! My name is Autumn. My estimated date of birth is 4/13/2022. I am a very, very loving girl! There is nothing I enjoy more in this world than receiving attention. I enjoy being petted and held. I will strongly headbutt your hands or gently paw at them, demanding for pets! Volunteers at the rescue have found it difficult to take pictures of me, because all I want to do is headbutt the camera! I also love being brushed--it's the best time of my day! I am very playful and love playing with my toys. I also enjoy sitting by windows, taking in the sun. I am curious and like to explore new spaces. I am sight-impaired. When I came into the rescue, I had a really bad eye and it needed to be removed. Now, I only have one eye, but it doesn't stop me from living life to the fullest! I am good with other cats, but I will sometimes get nervous and expect to have my own space. I am good with children. I do not have experience with dogs. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many  that are not posted yet.  Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives.  No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so).  We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.   We are always in need of donations to help us continue to save hundreds of cats and kittens every year.  Visit bit.ly/DonateFLR for more info.
