After surviving a heartbreaking past of neglect and starvation, Sparkey has made an incredible comeback. He’s gained all his weight back, is feeling strong, and is thriving in his foster home! Sparkey is an easygoing, lovable little guy who gets along great with everyone he meets—people, other dogs, and even cats! He walks well on leash, loves cuddles, and is always up for some lap time or a cozy nap by your side. He’s looking for a forever family who will cherish him the way he deserves.
