Supporters and Recurring Giving Donors will be put on our VIP Application List ​ Adoption Costs and other important information. Garfield was roaming a neighborhood in Philadelphia for a full year. Someone finally reached out to a rescue because of his sweet disposition and because he kept trying to go inside their home. It turns out that Garfield was microchipped and his owner had abandoned him. Garfield deserves a home where he will be loved and cherished forever. He is an easy going, pleasant guy who seems to get along with cats and dogs as well. He is friendly, talkative, affectionate, and seems like he would make a good companion for just about any type of person or family.Adoption Costs and other important information.
