My story

HIGH ENERGY CUDDLER PLAYFUL MAX - 8 years old, 80 pounds, house trained, good with dogs, no other kids, no cats After being adopted from us a couple of years ago, Max is back after he started reacting to the newborn.  Max is super playful and loves to go for walks. We had an interesting time in the yard with him running the perimeter, seemingly investigating this new yard and all the smells that comes with it.  He's still nervous and will need time to settle in at any new place. Max can be wary of men but after a proper introduction, time and space, he will warm up to trust. He enjoys the company of his family and can be trusted to roam free while doing so. When left alone, he can be crated. Besides being nervous/scared of men, this silly guy is scared of vacuums and water bottles. Max can also get along with other dogs but can get overly stimulated (excited) easily so supervision is important. It might take a little time for Max to warm up to you but it will be worth it. This fun boy is currently in our large dog adoption kennel so come on in and meet him.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 13, 2025, 1:48 pm
