My story

Meet Whisper – Your Future Snuggle Buddy! Whisper is a sweet, affectionate kitten who’s up to date on all her vaccinations and immunizations. She’s healthy, happy, and ready for her forever home! Whisper LOVES to be held and will happily curl up in your arms for snuggles. She's a playful little girl who enjoys chasing her siblings through cat tunnels, sneaking into empty containers (so keep those kitchen cupboards closed!), and watching the birds from a sunny window perch. She gets along well with the two adult male cats in her foster home and isn’t fazed at all by their friendly collie. While Whisper doesn’t run away from strangers, she prefers to observe new people from a safe spot until she feels ready to approach. Once comfortable, she’s happy to join in the fun! Whisper looks nearly identical to her sister, Willow, but you can tell them apart by Whisper’s adorably fluffy tail. She’s also proven to be comfortable around supervised and respectful children as young as four years old. If you’re looking for a cuddly, playful companion who will bring joy, warmth, and a little bit of mischief into your home, Whisper could be the perfect match. Adoption fees are as follows: $155 for a single cat or kitten, $195 for a pair of cats or kittens. When adopting a cat from AHSEM the adoption includes spay or neuter surgery, age appropriate core vaccines, microchipping, combo tested (for FIV/FeLV), and basic wellness care including deworming and flea treatment.
