Meet Frannie Female | Medium–High Energy Little Frannie is the little girl who could! Since arriving from New Mexico, she has blossomed—growing stronger, braver, and even more lovable every day. Frannie is curious, outgoing, and absolutely adores snuggling—especially cuddling right under your chin! She has a funny, endearing habit of “talking” when she yawns, and her adorable ears are just the icing on the cake. Frannie loves playing with her toys and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. She's quickly picking up on potty training and is eager to keep learning.
