My story

Meet Camille – a gentle soul with a heart full of love, patiently waiting for her forever family. At 4 years old and weighing 38 lbs, Camille is a beautiful black-and-white Lab mix who has already overcome so much. She’s spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all her vaccines. While she may be a bit shy at first, especially around men, with patience and kindness, she blossoms into a loyal and affectionate companion. Camille is housebroken and finds comfort in her crate when the door is left open. She travels well and is improving on her leash manners. Her energy level is a calm 4/10, enjoying quiet moments with a chew toy or the occasional playful zoomie. She adores stuffed toys, especially the joy of unstuffing them! She gets along with friendly dogs after a slow introduction and is cat-friendly. Camille would thrive in a home with a fenced yard and children over the age of 10, where she can feel safe and loved. She has a special fondness for food and will happily clean up any unattended meals, though she shows no food aggression. Camille prefers the company of women and needs a gentle environment to truly shine.
