My story

Tabitha is a beautiful tabico (calico tabby) cat. Her soft fur is distinctively patterned; she has white “socks” on each foot and a flame color on the tip of her very expressive tail. (An easy way to see how Tabitha feels about something is to keep an eye on her tail!) Although approximately 1 year old, she is rather small, weighing in at around 8 pounds. She is on the shy side and takes a while to warm up to new people and experiences, but once she feels comfortable, she will be your new best friend! She is OK with being held and seems to enjoy sitting on laps, and she’s been known to initiate a cuddle session . Tabitha has a very quiet purr that you’ll likely hear if you offer her wet food. She enjoys kibble as well as wet food and isn’t picky about what she eats. She is tidy about her litter box use. Tabitha would probably do best in a quiet home without young children and will be the happiest as the ONLY cat in your home.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Tabitha, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
