Rocky

My story

Rocky is a loving, charming and fun loving pup. He is 7-months-old, 50+ lb, male black Lab/terrier mix. He has the sweetest disposition and personality. His energy and exuberance is at the puppy level and very typical of a Lab. He jumps around in happy excitement when he goes out to play or sees you for the first time in the morning. He gently approaches new dogs and quickly wants to play. Rocky is crate and house trained and will let you know when he has to go out. He loves to meet people and other dogs and always up for a game of tug with his sister. He is really good with toddlers and children - very gentle and allows kids to give him hugs. He had an outing in Old Town Alexandria and were a hit!! Dogs came up to visit and he was so easy going meeting new dogs. He is an incredibly smart and a very fast learner! He is curious about the world around him and up to explore it all. Rocky is really easy to walk on leash even when walking in a pack. He is learning his commands but is still learning. He is not food or toy aggressive and shares his food freely with his sister. He has met the neighbor’s cat on few occasions and didn’t seem interested.
