What my friends at ACC say about me:Lilo tolerates attention and petting but appears fearful or stressed in the shelter. He may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to his new home. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents.A volunteer writes: Lilo's taken to resting in his paw stretches in his own approximation of spring training in an effort to maintain his skills. In reality, Lilo's a well respected pipe cleaner feather player and almost made it to the professional leagues last year. He can try again, but the sport no longer holds the same allure. Onto a bigger dream and one closer to his heart, Lilo's trying to find a forever family. He knows paw stretches of his caliber are a little less common and thus has been using them to break the ice. It's working! Unsurprisingly for such a hard working star athlete, Lilo's put his heart into growing and learning at the shelter and has shown phenomenal improvement. Softly nuzzling his face into my hands and showing me some cool pipe cleaner feather party tricks, he's really excited about learning even more and meeting you!
