Meet Misty, the sweet and spunky mini Aussie! Born on Thanksgiving Day 2024, this little bundle of joy is ready to bring love and laughter into your life. As a deaf pup, Misty relies on her other senses and is looking for a patient and understanding family to help her thrive.Misty is a small package with a big personality, weighing in at 9 pounds. She loves to play and run around in her fenced yard, but be warned - she's a curious adventurer who might try to find a way out! With proper training and supervision, Misty will learn to stay safe and sound.This little Aussie loves kids and snuggles, and she's also quite fond of car rides and playing with her toys (especially her bones!). While she's working on sharing, she might need a gentle reminder that sharing is caring. A calm, nondominant, and laid-back furry friend her size would be a great match for Misty.Misty is housetraining and uses puppy pads, but she's still learning the ropes. With patience and consistency, she'll be a pro in no time! One thing to note: Misty is NOT a fan of crates and will let you know her disapproval loud and clear.Due to her previous experiences with larger dogs, Misty is scared of bigger dogs and would do best in a home that can provide a calm and peaceful environment. Dog parks are definitely not her thing, so quiet walks and playtime with a furry friend her size in a securely fenced area would be perfect for her.If you're looking for a loyal and loving companion who will bring joy and excitement into your life, Misty might be the perfect pup for you. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed.
