My story

Hello, my name is Sakura. I`ve been told I have something called heartworm, but don`t worry, it`s treatable with plenty of care and management. I`m not available for adoption until after my treatment is over, but you can still take me home as a foster! I`m a lover of simple pleasures - a warm spot in the sun, a gentle belly rub, a good chew toy. I`m patient, understanding, and I`ve got a lot of love to give. I`m not the youngest pup around, but I`ve got a lot of life left in me. I`ve been through a lot, but I don`t let it get me down. I`m just waiting for my forever home. Why should you adopt me? I believe in second chances. I promise to be your loyal companion, to listen when you need an ear, and to always be there for you. I just need someone to give me a chance to show them all the love I have to give.
