My story

Say hello to Whitney—a wiggly, wide-eyed bundle of love who’s just bursting with personality! This 1-year-old small-to-medium sized mixed breed was found as a stray and brought to Paws Humane Society on April 26, 2025. While she was a little unsure of new faces at first, it doesn’t take long for Whitney to warm up—and once she does, she’s all in. Whitney is incredibly affectionate and craves attention like it’s her full-time job. The moment she spots you, her whole body starts to wiggle with joy—she just can’t contain her excitement! And if you happen to stop giving her love for too long? She’ll politely (and vocally) remind you that she’s still there and very much ready for more pets. She may be a little shy at first, but Whitney’s sweet nature and love for companionship shine through quickly. She would thrive in a home where she can be doted on and showered with affection—ideally by someone who loves a chatty, cuddly sidekick.
