Twirling her way from an overcrowded shelter in North Carolina is Hula Hoop! She’s such a delightfully grateful little tabby lady ready to begin a new life with us in Bianca’s Furry Friends! While she’s not one to jump in to new experiences with both paws, she definitely knows how to quietly make an impression with her current besties taking care of her until you can step in.
