My story

Hey there, I’m Buddy—your soon-to-be best friend, loyal sidekick, and resident expert in tail wags. I’m a 14-pound poodle mix with fluffy hair, a heart of gold, and zero shame about stealing your spot on the couch. I’m about 2 years old, neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and basically ready to move in and start running your household (with love, obviously). I get along great with other dogs, adore kids, and have never met a belly rub I didn’t like. One of my awesome fosters found me as a stray, but now I’m living the good life in the Chicago suburbs—just waiting for my forever family to come scoop me up.
