My story

Hello! I'm Waverly! I'm a one year old black girl kitty, and I have two things that are special about me--for one, I'm a Manx cat! I have just the smallest bump of a tail, and you might still see me shake it. For two, I had to have one of my eyes removed, but it's okay--I can see great with my one remaining eye, and having just one eye makes me kind of like a real-life pirate. Arrrrrrr! But I'm nicer than a pirate, I promise! I love to be pet and loved on. I also like boxes! Come visit me soon! [Waverly is available for adoption at Fur Babies Cat Cafe in Carrollton.]   The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.    April 25, 2025, 4:30 pm
