Roger is a sweet boy who’s been through a lot—he had to have part of his tail amputated due to an injury, but that hasn’t dampened his spirit one bit! He’s healing well and ready to start the next chapter of his life in a loving home. With his charming personality and little nub tail, Roger is sure to win your heart!
