Ridge is the kind of dog who’s just as happy chasing a ball as he is curling up at your feet after a long day. With classic retriever charm, a heart full of loyalty, and a tail that never stops wagging, Ridge is ready to find his forever home—and his forever person. This handsome guy is a retriever mix, which means he’s naturally smart, eager to please, and always up for a good time. Whether you're into hiking trails, weekend road trips, or just hanging out on the couch, Ridge is the perfect co-pilot. He’s great with people and enjoys making new friends—furry and human alike. Ridge would thrive in a home where he gets plenty of play, love, and guidance. He’s the kind of dog who bonds deeply and lives to make his people happy. Already working on his basic manners, Ridge is a quick learner who’s ready to keep growing with the right family. A consistent routine, a bit of training, and a whole lot of love is all this sweet boy needs. If you’re interested in adopting, our process begins with the submission of OUR online application at www.adoptmebluegrasspetrescue.com, or email us if you submitted an application within the last six months. We review and schedule meets (with approved applicants only) based on the order received. Keep in mind they are young puppies with a life expectancy of up to 15 years. Our guiding principle for adoptions is to seek the right fit for family and for dog, including a home that can stay committed to them for life.
