He came to us from a local animal partner, and while he may be shy and reserved in his kennel, don’t let that fool you—Kumar’s heart is full of joy just waiting to burst out! The moment you take him outside, his true personality comes alive. He transforms into a happy, playful boy who loves making new friends—both human and canine.
