Submit application to meet dog if interested - yes an application is required******** Meet Juliet! Her foster mom cannot say enough wonderful things about this special little dog. Juliet is around 5 years old and weighs in at 6 pounds. She is a chihuahua mix who is described as a "perfect angel"- and she seems to be just that. She loves people so much, and truly enjoys playing with other dogs. Her favorite thing in the entire world is cuddling. This lady is potty trained, and is an excellent listener (look at those beautiful ears)! Juliet would love to have a home where her people are with her most of the day, or at least another dog is there to keep her company. Juliet really does not want to be alone, and who can blame her. We're not so sure of her past, but she is not fond of crates so we would ask she not be kept in one. She won't disappoint though because she's very well behaved! We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally we require physically fenced yard for dog/pup to play in safely. Exceptions are sometimes made to this requirement but is up to the foster and more often done for the small breed dogs. All our dogs have been treated with de-wormer; heartworm tested (if age appropriate -7 months or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchipped; and examined by veterinarian plus given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed at time of adoption. Dogs will be spayed/neutered thru us prior to finalizing any adoption. We provide information on dogs age and breed based on what we are told by person surrendering dog or vet's best guess. While we try our best we cannot guarantee that this information is 100% accurate and can often be best guess in case of our lovable mutts. We are in the Rochester NY area and adopt dogs out to area residents. We are registered in NY State with the Dept of Agriculture RR #033 and a registered 501c3 Non-Profit.
