My story

Hi I’m Lily! Despite starting as a stray for over a year, I love living indoors and I have no desire to go outside. My humans estimate that I’m two years old and say it’s obvious that I was someone’s pet or had lots of human interaction when I was a stray because I’m quick to warm up to humans. Four days after I was taken in by my foster parents, I gave birth to four, all black kittens. That’s my last litter as I’m spayed now. My foster family says I’m a great mama to my babies - constantly caring for them through cleaning and defending them. I’m protective of my humans too! I’m curious, calm except when I get the zoomies, talkative, passive, and I make a trill sound when I’m playing - my parents say it’s super cute. I follow the rules in the house, for example, no going on the counter.I love basic toys like mice, balls, and strings but my favorite thing to do is bunny kick my kittens and clean them at the same time. I love belly rubs.I’m good at nail clippings, taking meds, and I’m food motivated. It’d probably take me time to get used to new animals but had cat friends when I lived outside and pretty easy goingI’m up to date on vaccines, dewormers, and I’m spayed and microchipped. My fur is black and white similar to a tuxedo pattern. I will thrive in my forever home as long as I have a buddy to play with and a human to love on me. My name, Lily, was given to me by the feeder/trapper who cared for me her over a year outside her home in Brandon.I’m ready for adoption and can’t wait to find a perfect home!   ##2292267##
