My story

Foster Homes Needed! Do you have time and room in your life for a foster dog? http://www.muttloverescue.org/foster.html *****************   Jock was originally adopted from a rescue located in Alabama.  When he proved to be too active for the adopter's two senior dogs, they asked if Mutt Love would find him a loving home and of course we said yes.  We communicated with the original rescue to confirm they were okay with us taking Jock under our rescue.  Jock is about two years old and weighs about 23 pounds.  He is very friendly and sweet, likes other dogs, cats are unknown.  Jock does have a hearing impairment where he can hear certains tones, but it doesn't seem to slow him down.  **BECAUSE OF OUR REQUIREMENT FOR A HOME VISIT, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ADOPT TO HOMES IN THE NORTHERN VA / MARYLAND / DC METRO AREA** We have adoption events EVERY SATURDAY from 12-3 p.m. Please note that not all dogs can attend every event, so if you are interested in meeting a particular dog, please complete a no-obligation application on our website at http://www.muttloverescue.org/application.html OR write to adopt@muttloverescue.org.
