My story

Minnie is a 4-year-old medium-sized mixed breed with a heart as big as her goofy personality. She came to Paws Humane Society on April 24, 2025, after being found as a stray. Her kind finder gave her a safe place to land until we had room — and now that she's here, we’ve quickly discovered that Minnie is truly one of a kind. This gentle gal is full of love and has a sweet, easygoing nature that makes her a favorite among staff and volunteers alike. She’s great with other dogs and has wonderful leash manners, making her an excellent walking buddy for anyone looking for a calm, friendly companion. Minnie’s silly side is always on display — whether she’s tossing toys around her room or flashing her signature “Did someone say treats?” face. One thing to know: she’s a bit of a heavy shedder, and her room is often sprinkled with what we affectionately call “Minnie confetti.” Her future family should be ready to embrace life with a little extra fluff on their clothes and a whole lot of love in their home.
