My story

Meet Butterscotch! 🍬 Born on January 1st, 2025, Butterscotch is an adorable almost 4-month-old Shepherd mix with a heart full of love and energy to match! This sweet girl is expected to grow into a medium-to-large dog, weighing between 50–60 pounds when fully grown. Butterscotch is already showing off her friendly and social personality. She loves meeting new people and gets along great with other dogs—she’s always ready for a play session or a cuddle buddy! She's still a bit unsure about cats, so a slow introduction or a cat-free home might be best for now. With her smarts, charm, and eagerness to please, Butterscotch is the perfect pup for an active home ready to help her grow into the amazing companion she's meant to be! All Heart of America dogs are altered, micro chipped and will have age-appropriate vaccines. The adoption fee for all of our dogs/puppies is $225.
