Meet Saint – A Gentle Soul Ready for a Fresh Start 3 Years Old | 54 lbs | Male Saint came to the shelter with Penelope, both severely underweight and clearly in need of love and care. While not bonded, this pair quickly became shelter favorites—soaking up their extra meals and thriving with each passing day. Now, Saint is safe, full of potential, and searching for his forever home. This gentle boy has already shown he's likely house trained—he made a beeline to the door and did his business right away during his first outing. Once business was done, it was time for a sniffari adventure—Saint is a curious guy who loves to explore the world nose-first! He’s treat-motivated and already beginning to show signs of knowing basic commands like "sit." With a little structure and a few tasty rewards, we think Saint will be a fast learner. He could use some leash work, but he responded quickly to guidance and is already improving. Saint is also a playgroup superstar, enjoying his time with other dogs and showing lovely social manners. What he needs now is a patient, loving family who’s ready to show him all the good things life has to offer—a cozy bed, a full belly, and people who care.
