My story
Stella is an older Golden Retriever female dog who was turned into a high-kill shelter. She came to Misty Eyes` foster program in hope of finding her forever home. She is a timid, shy girl who takes some time to feel comfortable. Once she does, she`s very sweet and loving. Stella is an overall healthy girl, but has been diagnosed with ehrlichia, which is a tick-borne disease. Since her blood work is within normal ranges, no treatment is needed. She will probably always test positive for this disease, which may just indicate that she`s been exposed to it.
