Ellie

My story

Ellie is a smart, happy, affectionate, bouncy young terrier mix! Her favorite activities include running and going on walks, playing and snuggling. When she sees her leash come out, she literally bounces with excitement at going for a walk. She is generally well-mannered and knows basic commands (sit, come, leave it) but does tug at the leash in her excitement sometimes but this could be addressed with a bit of training and settling in. Ellie has a big heart. She gives dog hugs with her front legs and when she is in a mellow mood, she likes to snuggle and get belly rubs. She is housebroken and crate-trained. She can be rambunctious and would do well in a home without cat, small dogs or small children but enjoys bigger dogs. She listens attentively and responds quickly when treats are offered.
