Hi! I'm Chloe Bear, a tiny little mix of maybe Cairn and Yorkshire Terriers? I'm pretty small at just 14-pounds, but I am mighty. I'm still settling in my foster home, but my foster mom will tell you all about me really soon. Well, she may not tell you how cute and adorable I am, but you can see that for yourself.
