My story
Gatsby came to us from a rural Texas shelter where he was due to be euthanized due to him being FeLV positive. FeLV (feline leukemia) is a virus that only affects cats and Gatsby is likely to have a shorter life because of this diagnosis. However, he currently does not have any medical symptoms and is enjoying life. Gatsby has bonded with the other FeLV cat in his foster home, Amberly, and they are inseperable! He is shy and she brings out a social side in him. This beautiful pair are looking for a kind, loving home that understands they will not have long lives--but are willing to give them a wonderful life for the time they have.
