ABOUT THIS ANIMAL: Sally Bell came to Homeward Trails from a rural rescue partner. in Wise County She had 10 puppies earlier in the year which led to her owners deciding to surrender her. We're told she's good with other dogs. She just came to us so we'll know more about her soon. Come meet her at our weekend adoption events! Sally Bell was spayed during her time with Homeward Trails.
