My story

Scout: 7 yr old black & rust male, neutered, docked tail and uncropped ears. 15 lb. Fully vaccinated and vetted. Rescued from shelter. Beautiful Scout came in to the shelter with a wound on his side that somebody tried to GLUE closed. That failed so the shelter inserted 4 large staples and now he's all healed. ....Come to find out from his xrays he also had 2 broken ribs that seem to be healed now. Scout is the SWEETEST BOY you could ever meet. From the moment we saved him and sent him to his foster home he got right in bed with his foster brother. He adapted to the household routine quickly and was housebroken from day ONE. He's still trying to master the doggie door. He is SO easy going and loves to hang out in the sun. Scout also loves going on walks too. He likes to put his 2 front paws up on your bed to say hi! He likes to be with the other dog when foster Mom leaves the house. She put him in the crate but he didn't like that (although he settled down after a while). Once she let him out he went and laid down like "please don't put me in there, I'll be a good boy" ...and he IS a good boy out of the crate!....he just doesn't prefer it. Scout LOVES to cuddle and likes to be on the couch with you...but if you don't want that he'll just go lay down in one of the dog beds. He will alert you with a few barks then stops shortly after. Scout also loves to sit on the condo balcony in the sun and watch the world go by. Just a very chill little man.
