My story

Hi there! My name is Katie and I'm at the Santa Maria Campus. I'm a 6 year old, Female, Labrador Retriever Pit Bull Terrier mix who came to SB Humane in search of a loving new home to call my own. I’m super sweet with a relaxed, goofy side that’s sure to make you smile. I love to lounge in the sun and take it easy, enjoying life at a laid-back pace. Cuddling is my favorite, and I’d love nothing more than to snuggle up with you. If you’re looking for a calm, loving companion who enjoys the simple things in life, I’m your girl! Interested in meeting me? Adoption Centers are open daily 12-4:30pm, closed Wednesdays. Adoptions are on a first-come first served basis. My adopters will receive a certificate for a free veterinary exam and our partners at Purina will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home. Our adoption fees help support our community programs and the next animal who needs our help!
