IDGSR Welcomes PENNY into the safety of the rescue!! THIS DOG IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE & AVAILABLE FOR TRANSPORT ************** Hiya Friends! My name is Penny and I'm a beautiful 3-4yr old female German Shepherd mix. I am located near Greeneville TN and will be available for transport. Quick Facts: Age - 3-4yrs old Home - home with a fenced in yard Kids - will do fine with older kids (10+) Dogs - good with medium & large dogs Cats - NO cats Training - needs obedience training 1. I had been overlooked in a shelter for months and my spirit was beginning to break, thats when IDGSR came to my rescue! Now I'm in a great foster home waiting to be adopted. 2. I am a high energy gal! I love to run, play, explore, and interact with the other foster dogs. I hope you have room for me to run and a nice doggo to play with. 3. I am house & kennel trained. I could use some obedience training to make sure I'm the most well behaved girl on the block! Also, training will help us bond. 4. I would love to go on walks, hikes, car rides, adventures, or to chase waterfalls. I'll go anywhere and do anything as long as I'm with you! 5. I am very affectionate and love to give kisses. If you are not 100% ready to adopt, please wait** ************** ***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION*** -ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted -We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply -All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered -Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter -An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog -Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY -Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications -All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time -Not able to adopt?
