My story

Hi my name is Teddy & I would love to stay by your side all day long to play or cuddle if you would let me. I’m crate trained, and currently sleep thru the night in my crate. I’m extra special because I can run on only 3 legs. They call me a tripod because they removed my leg on April 5th when I was probably hit by a car, but you would never know it the way I walk or run. I am totally healed now and ready to find my forever home. And don’t worry about my beautiful hair where they did my surgery. It will grow back soon. I can chase a ball like other dogs. My puppy energy is used up playing outside with the kids or a soft soccer ball in my fenced yard. (Required). I do not seem to shed which is a plus. I love to eat, so I’m definitely trainable. I am currently working on my potty training. No accidents in my crate. I get along great with the other dogs and all age kids, but I don’t know about cats as there aren’t any in my foster home. I’m very curious when outside. I like to get up early and go to bed fairly early. I would prefer to have someone who is around because I get very attached & will sit by you as you work or do household things. I’m also a good car rider so please consider having me join your family. I would love to have a home with a fenced yard so I can run safely! Teddy currently weighs about 20.2 lbs., is approximately 6 months old (est. birth date 10/04/2024), and his adoption fee is $660. Teddy has been neutered, is up-to-date on all vaccinations & preventatives, and is microchipped.
